Your order Includes:
- Licenses for the EdgeSafe PST2PST Backup agents as well as a license for one EdgeSafe Control Station.
- One Year of software maintenance including access to major version upgrades.
- Email support delivered through up to two technical contacts.
- Central license is permanent and is bound to the control station signature. Central license recreation currently bears a service charge of $149.
- Customers without a valid Maintenance Plan will not be entitled to purchase additional licenses, support, including ANY key related issues.
- Late maintenance renewal, within 12 months bears a 50% surcharge to cover original period, while late maintenance renewal past 12 months is not possible and customer must purchase new licenses.
