- One Year of software maintenance including access to major version upgrades.
- Email support delivered through up to two technical contacts.
- Central License is permanent and is bound to the control station Signature. License recreation currently bears a service charge of $149.
- Customers without a valid Maintenance Plan will not be entitled for any support including ANY key related issues.
- Late maintenance renewal, within a 12 month period bears a 50% surcharge to cover original period, while late maintenance renewal past 12 months is not possible and customer must purchase a new license.
