Gives the customer unlimited access to same-major-version bug fixes as well as a 40% discount on the purchase of a new major version. Maintenance Plan is priced at 18% of the license list price.

Optional - Annual Priority Support Package

Gives the customer unlimited access to remote support hours including: priority e-mail support, telephone troubleshooting/guidance and remote login to solve a problem. The package is priced at 18% of the license list price and is very economical as it lets you buy unlimited support at the price of several technician hours. Please note: The Priority Support Package does not include professional service such as recovering data from a failed disk.
