Backup Intervals / Frequency
A backup interval is the elapsed time between backup sessions.
The shorter the backup interval is, the lower is the amount of work you loose
when a disaster strikes.
If you backup your data in one-day intervals, you
will loose no more than one day worth of work.
Notes:
RRB is "Eternal Incremental" system, which backs up only the
changes, this allows increasing the backup frequency -- loading the backed up
machine with only a small fraction of a full backup load.
